Rough Draft:
Hypoactive Sexual Desire Disorder is the lack of sexual desire for activity or fantasy for a period of time. With similarities to asexuality, HSDD can often be confused for it. HSDD is noted by distress and relationship difficulties.

People who will experience HSDD come from a wide demographic. Occasionally a person who is used to sex that gets into a relationship with someone who lacks equal desire will have HSDD. Since asexuals do not have sex or a sex drive, 'libido', they are still not all people with HSDD.
